Arnaud Nuyts holds a Licence in Law (1991), a Master of Law (L.L.M.) of the University of Cambridge (1996) and a PhD in Law (2002) from the ULB. He is Lecturer at the Law Faculty of the ULB, co-Director of the Center for Private Law and Director of the LLM in International Business Law. Arnaud Nuyts is also a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration team in the law firm Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick.
His main current research topics in private international law are the common law techniques of the law of international disputes, extraterritorial proceedings, private international law of intellectual property.
